Returns, Exchanges and Refunds


If you receive a defective item or damaged item, please send email to with the order number stated in order to request a replacement. If you find the defective items with damaged packing, please kindly report the case to us.

Defective Items
If your product isn't working properly, please check the product manual (which arrived with the item). You can usually find troubleshooting and "getting started" information there. If you're unable to resolve the problem after reading the product instructions, please send email to to request a replacement, specifying your order number.

Wrong items
If you receive a wrong item, please send email to to request a replacement, specifying your order number.

Non-returnable items
We're sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:

  1. Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.
  2. Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
  3. Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
  4. Any discount, clearance or sales product that has already stated non-returnable.
  5. Any free gift product and samples.
  6. In the event of dispute, deBebe decision shall be final and conclusive.

Personal Reason Return

We will not accept any goods return or exchange for product design and color variation. If customers has any enquiry about products, please contact our customer service officer by email or tele-phone before placing orders.
